Greengage to launch new Animal Welfare Index Score at The Pig & Poultry Fair 2022

We are delighted to be attending this years Pig & Poultry Fair at Stoneleigh

The Pig & Poultry fair is one of the highlights of the year for the UKs pig and poultry industries and will provide a much needed boost after a difficult couple of years.

While we are very much looking forward to meeting people face to face and the networking opportunities the fair always provides, this year we are particularly excited as we will be launching our new Animal Welfare Index Score (AWIS) at the fair.

Remote monitoring of animal welfare 24/7.

By collecting data on 18 key, welfare, productivity and environmental parameters AWIS produces a percentage welfare score which can be used to assess, monitor and improve welfare.  Behavioural and environmental parameters are measured using our sensor platform which collects data every 15 minutes 24/7.
